Peckforton Castle offers 48 stunning guestrooms all individually designed and beautifully appointed, blending luxury, comfort and a mix of classic and contemporary décor. Each room boasts original period features designed with complete luxury in mind. Choose from our opulent Classic, Executive or our fairytale Four-Poster Rooms, perfect for a romantic break. Grade 1 listed heritage

History meets modernity

In 1952, the Castle was recognised and rewarded by English Heritage when it was granted Grade I-listed status; as a building of exceptional interest and importance. As such, we are often faced with the task of preserving the castle’s original features whilst also continuing to be an accessible venue to everyone. Here are some the ways we’re continuing to be an inclusive business:

 

  • Bedroom access – available upon request, we have a number of bedrooms which can be accessed via a lift. We also have two ground floor rooms, one of which is a family and disabled access room.
  • Bag drop – unfortunately we are unable to offer disabled parking, as such we allow guests to drop off their bags outside reception to avoid carrying them from the car park which is a short walk away from the castle.
  • Chair lifts – With the castle being a Grade 1 listed building, we are unable to build lifts to all areas of the castle. Therefore, where possible we have installed chair lifts throughout the building.
Single

A cosy way to enjoy a night in a Castle hotel, offering a high level of comfort and just right for making yourself at home. Imagine spending a cozy evening in a charming castle hotel, where timeless elegance meets modern comfort. Nestled in a historic setting.

Executive

Individual styling and period features create a sense of history and majestic flair. These rooms ooze opulence, while remaining comfortable and inviting.

Bridal Suite

Such a special occasion deserves a distinctive room for when you are finally alone together. A richly furnished suite for the bride and groom that appreciate excellence and glamour.

Lodge

Ideal for hen or stag parties, family trips or a relaxing break. The perfect place to enjoy yourself to the fullest within the privacy of your own space. Can hold up to 9 adults and 2 children up to the age of 16 years (extra beds will be placed in the master bedroom)

Classic

Where classic meets contemporary. Historical original features from times gone by seamlessly blended with the modern comforts of today.

Four Poster

For all you hopeless romantics, our four-poster room is sure to steal your heart. Utterly tempting unadulterated luxury, the perfect escape.

Suite
